It is important to note that this is one of few stars that do not grant the user indefinite speedy, but instead giving the player Armored. Paired with highly defensive items, such as Armor of Nil or Bracer of the Guardian, this can be an extremely powerful effect. However, with its insanely high cost - at a whopping 40MP per second - it can be tricky to use to its full effectiveness. Even if you have a maximum Divine Pet, however, this shuriken disables MP healing while the spacebar is held down, being the only shuriken to utilize this function thus far.

It is also important to note that this star deals some of the highest damage of all shurikens - even beating Doom Circle and only beaten by the Star of Enlightenment - as well as having a rather nice MP Cost, but the very low range of 5 renders it unusable for situations that call for range rather than raw damage.
