Dual Blades are used by dagger-wielding classes: Rogues, Assassins, and Tricksters.
Dual Blades fire two parallel shots; close enough to always hit both, but requiring a more precise aim to do so. Compared to ordinary tiered daggers, Dual Blades deal more raw damage but compensate with range and the two shots quirk.
Tiered Dual Blades have a range of 4.8, a rate of fire of 90% on shot 1 and 110% on shot 2, and 
Shots pass through obstacles. Others are the same unless stated otherwise.
