The Easter Weapons, or Easter T11 reskins, are limited availability reskins of the tier 11 weapons themed on Easter.
The Wand of Egg-cellence was launched in Release 21.0 (Apr 2014) as a standalone item, dropping in various locations as a reskin of the T11 Wand of Ancient Warning. It was made soulbound at the end of the the Easter event.
The Dagger of the Hasteful Rabbit was added in Easter 2017 as a drop from Biff the Buffed Bunny and both the wand and the dagger have appeared at Easter events since this time.
None of the other T11 weapons has yet received an Easter reskin.
These items are 
soulbound and cannot be traded, though the wand was initially not soulbound.
