Upon entry to the Haunted Cemetery Gates area, Fate is the left statue in the north end of the area.
After becoming active during the fight with the Ghost Bride, the statue chases the closest player while firing bullets, occassionally staying in place and firing Demon Fire Blasts in a circle around itself.

Due to its lack of a Paralyze immunity and piercing attacks, Fate is a relatively easy fight. Simply keep leading it in circles to avoid its attacks.
