Forax Satellite Core is an enemy that appears on the Alien Planet Forax. It is spawned as a bonus enemy if the dungeon is cleared within the time limit.

The Forax Satellite Core is initially inside the Alien Satellite that provides status messages when taking on the Alien Planet Forax. If the final boss Acidus is killed within the time limit, the Satellite Core emerges from the Satellite and, after a brief period of invulnerability, can be attacked.
The Satellite Core doesn’t fight back and wanders in place aimlessly. It does not have any guaranteed loot.
The Satellite Core becomes vulnerable only a few seconds after the final boss dies, so do not delay too long collecting loot from the final boss, because the Core will be destroyed quickly in a group. In a very large group it might even be better to attack the Core first, and then collect both loot bags afterwards.
It is recommended to avoid using a weapon with slow rate of fire, as poor aiming could mean you miss out on damaging the Core before it is destroyed.
Take care with the acid swamp terrain on Forax, since it can cause disconnections if it changes while you are crossing it. If your weapon can reach the Satellite Core without needing to cross the swamp terrain it is safer to destroy it from where you are, then wait for the ground to become solid before collecting any loot.
