Notes
This upgraded version of Wand of the Bulwark takes a different approach to the weapon. It instantly deploys a minefield of high damage bullets surrounding the player. These shots start offset from the player, so it cannot be used like an EP. Its burst fire mechanic makes it so that once a “barrier” (of 3 shots) is created, the weapon cannot be fired again until the previous barrier has expired.
Like its predecessor, it is best used as a swapout. Swap to this weapon, lay a minefield down, then switch to a normal wand. It can be useful for chasing enemies as you can drag them into the field. You can fire this weapon during a boss’ invulnerability phase for some extra efficiency.
History
Before Exalt Version 4.0.1.0 (Sep 2023), this item had a minimum burst delay of 15 seconds.
