A version of the Helm of the Juggernaut that is obtained by using a Golden Shard on a regular Helm of the Juggernaut, which will cause the Midas version to appear in a white bag and the original item to be consumed. Using the modified item will cause a special graphical effect to trigger upon ability use, but the functionality is otherwise identical to the original item.
