Having the same amount of Attack as the Golem Garments but also 8 Dexterity makes this grant the highest dexterity and most importantly the highest DPS boost of any leather armor. The bad thing about this armor is that the defense is considerably low. You can probably consider it a “high risk high reward” armor.
It may be important to note that this almost shares the same stats as Mercy’s Bane, just with one less Defense and one more Attack and Dexterity each.
