Follows players and shoots pairs of intersecting orange bolts at them. Upon first seeing a player and again when taking ~50% of its HP in damage, it will flash, briefly go invulnerable, and summon several swirling blue vortexes in one of several configurations:
When the vortexes are active, the Oracle cannot move or attack normally, but the vortexes will expire after a few seconds; it can resummon them if it’s left alive for long enough below 50% HP.
The Accursed variant behaves more aggressively, but otherwise acts the same. When killed, it will turn into a cursed grave that will resurrect it after a period of time.
Should you catch an Oracle with no nearby enemies nearby, and if it enters its omni-directional vortex phase, entering the “ring” will be the safest spot to be, as the Oracle won’t attack while the vortexes are active.
Keep in mind that nearby obstacles may cause the “origin” shots to disappear. This can also happen if they start their attack far away from you, as bullets are only rendered a certain distance away from you. In both cases, bullets may appear from seemingly thin air, so keep your distance if you see a stationary Oracle with no bullets in sight.
