History
Before Exalt Version 4.0.1.0 (Sep 2023), this item had no ability discount, and the reactive proc was on shoot with a 10% chance to summon a level 2 Friendly Spirit at the cost of 80 MP. The cooldown for the reactive proc was 15 seconds.
