Wanders slowly in place, while shooting Twisted Tongues in a spiral pattern. After a couple rotations of the pattern, it will jump towards the player and then resume firing its spiral pattern.
It can rarely say “Tertiary!” and then explode into several small projectiles.
This is a reference to episode #207 of Strong Bad Email from Homestar Runner.
The shots from the explosion are named “Cardgage Curse”, another reference to the episode, and resemble Strong Bad’s face:

Make sure to avoid its shots as it inflicts Quiet (and rarely, Curse.) It is easy to avoid, but keep your distance regardless.
Its occasional charge can give you a scare, but you will be provided with ample time to get out of the way when it resumes firing.
