Chases players while firing a shotgun of 9 bullets dealing a total of 855 damage if all shots are eaten.
Has a small chance to spawn in any room excluding the boss or treasure rooms, sometimes pretending to lie dead on the ground before springing up and attacking when approached by nearby players.
This is the most dangerous of all Undead Lair enemies because its large shotgun can easily insta-pop a low-mid tier character and it can surprise unsuspecting players. It is advised to quickly burst one of these down if spotted.
