Notes
There is only a chance to upgrade the dropped loot by either +1 tier, +2 tiers, or +3 tiers. It does not guarantee that the loot will have its tier increased every time, and does not affect untiered items. The maximum tier that an enemy can drop is not affected, for example: if an enemy’s highest possible drop is Tier 11, the Loot Tier potion cannot cause the enemy to drop Tier 12 or higher loot.
