Alternates between maintaining its distance while firing spreads of five red bullets, chasing players if they get too far away, and firing an omnidirectional attack of five bullets while slowly circling in place.

Compared to most other mushrooms, the Mushroom Oracle is a less dangerous threat. Dodging its shotguns, despite their relatively high speed, is done easily with a simple sidestep; their omnidirectional attack, while somewhat erratic, is also not too hard to avoid.
