Behavior (Dungeon and Realm)

If a dungeon has the “Syndicate Takeover III” modifier, then Nefret will spawn after the dungeon’s boss is defeated and initiate a special battle after several seconds. During Realm events, she will instead spawn after a certain number of Heroes of Oryx are defeated.

In combat, Nefret will pick between the following attacks at random:

  • Summons a Syndicate Fighter, Syndicate Ranger, Syndicate Mage, and Syndicate Healer, which are invulnerable while spawning. She will periodically spawn more, but only 2 of each Syndicate minion can be active at once.
  • Fires rapid shotguns of armor piercing blue shots at the player.
  • Fires a star pattern of green arrows all around her that inflict Sick.
  • Marks a large area around herself with red crosshairs that explode after a delay to deal AoE damage and Curse. Nefret will heal for every target hit by the beams.
  • Fires a spiral of brown shockwaves that inflicts Slow and Sick.
