Notes
A unique skull that, in addition to dealing AoE lifestealing damage like a normal skull, deploys a stationary plant at the target area to damage foes and heal allies within its radius.

The skull itself has damage and healing that is significantly lower than even mid-tier skulls; however, the plant it spawns ends up dealing 750 damage during its 5-second lifetime, significantly beating the T6’s base damage of 180 as well as surpassing the Memento Mori’s flat 400 damage.
In return, this skull necessitates that enemies stay within its slightly reduced 3.5 radius for all 5 seconds of the flower’s damage output. This makes it better suited for taking down stationary enemies, including (ironically) Belladonna herself.

It is also notable that the healing from the skull’s plant occurs irrespective of whether it is damaging an enemy, allowing the plant to be deployed for both offense and support purposes.
However, the healing is paltry compared to other options the Necromancer has. Because it requires allies to remain within the short range of the plant, and is only able to heal five targets at a time, this skull is inefficient for healing when compared to other Skulls.

Note that there is currently a bug that causes the Perennial Cranium to stop healing players if they leave its radius and re-enter (needs confirmation).
