The Purified Priest Set was the third themed set released, in Build 122.3 (Mar 2012).
This is a very tome-focused set, with the high WIS allowing a powerful purifying heal to be done. However, the rest of the set is very weak. The wand might have a niche for a “pure” support role, but half the set is easily outclassed (by the tradable Robe of the Grand Sorcerer and Geb’s Ring of Wisdom) even in that.
Regardless, the Tome of Purification is widely used outside the set, historically regarded as one of the best tomes by many players due to its (now removed) group purification. Even to this day, it is one of the best tomes for instant healing.
