Notes
This seal sacrifices its HP boost and a bit of its buff duration for the ability to Slow enemies around the user upon activation.
The seal boasts one of the longest Slow durations in the game, and its wide radius allows it to hit a large number of enemies with the debuff at once. This makes it a highly effective seal for rushing, as you’ll be able to leave enemies unable to chase you as you run past them, combined with Paladin’s naturally high WIS both making the debuffs last longer and allowing you to recover its relatively inexpensive MP cost quickly.
However, this seal won’t give you the HP boost buff to improve survivability, unlike most of the other seals.
History
Before Exalt Version 1.5.0.0 (May 2021), this item had an XP Bonus of 6% and a Feed Power of 1,000.
Before Exalt Version 2.3.0.0 (Mar 2022), this item did not provide any on-equip bonuses.
