This seal doesn’t increase HP or give Healing, only giving Damaging. However, it has special effects depending on the HP of the user when it’s activated - Armoring them when at lower HP, while granting a massive but short-lived ATT boost if used at higher HP.
While the ATT boost from the Counter ability seems highly appealing at first - especially since it stacks with Damaging - the incredibly short duration of the boost essentially means that the user can only land one shot with their buffed ATT, making it somewhat impractical. The Armored at lower health can be quite useful, allowing players to survive for longer or make their retreat when taking serious damage.
Obviously, this seal should not be used in situations where HP Boosts and Healing effects are important.
