This seal forgoes HP and Red Cross Healing for a dual effect. Low-HP Armored can be useful in a sticky situation, but it’s the massive ATT boost that stands out.

The boost is massive, but only long enough to land one or two shots. It works well with Divinity, as one “shot” from the beams can easily deal upwards of 7000 damage. It remains valuable as one of two seals that give any sort of raw damage on-ability, and the only one that mantains the actual Damaging status.

Obviously, this seal should not be used in situations where HP Boosts and Healing effects are important.

History
Before Exalt Version 1.2.1.0 (Nov 2020), this ability had a cooldown of 3 seconds, Stagger/Counter triggered below/above 400 HP, Counter’s ATT boost had a duration of 0.4 seconds, and the item gave no stats on equip.
