Unlike tiered seals, the Seal of the Enchanted Forest only provides one of the positive status effects (it only gives temporary Damaging) to the player or nearby allies. However, it gives the user +15 DEF, which in some cases can be useful (as long as they’re willing to put up with the heavy -15 SPD decrease).

History:
This item used to drop in a cyan bag before the addition of orange bags in Patch X.18.0 Halloween Madness.

In Patch X.31.8.0, all currently-existing Seal of the Enchanted Forest were turned into Legacy Seal of the Enchanted Forest items. The stats and effects of this item changed, with the legacy seal keeping the old stats and effects.
