Protects: Shambling Sludge
After the Shambling Sludge is defeated, Sludgets that had been spawned will linger for a few seconds before disappearing on their own.

Sludgets spawn in groups of five around a Shambling Sludge to defend it and attack players. Despite this, their projectiles have a very short range and are only able to reliably hit melee classes.
These exist solely to take shots for the sludge, and get in the way of killing it. So try to ignore them if you can, otherwise tear through them and fire upon the sludge.
It is worth noting that if you are slowed and have 0 DEF, all five ganging up on you can deal significant damage. Make sure to keep your distance if you lack the DEF to tank their shots.
