Notes:
Part of the Slurp Scion Wizard Set.
It should be noted that this Spell’s boost to speed can be stacked in a fashion much like the Warrior ST Helm of Draconic Dominance, where each usage of the item warrants 1/2 of the original buff (+25 SPD, +12.5 SPD, and so forth).
Compared to the T6 Elemental Detonation Spell, this Spell deals 1,650 less average damage at the advantage that it works like a Necromancer’s Skull, affecting a burst area on cursor. This relieves the need of the Spell to be meticulously positioned like other Spells are in order to soak in the damage. In comparison to the aforementioned Elemental Detonation Spell, the Slurpian Sea Scroll also requires 40 additional mana to use, making it a more costly choice for average gameplay but an appealing item when used to rush, due to it’s +25 SPD boost.
The Speed boost granted by this Spell complements the speed-heavy set items and bonuses of the Slurp Scion Wizard Set.
