Snowy the Frost God is an Event Boss that spawns during the Christmas season. It spawns once per realm after all the Ghost Kings are killed.

When all of the Ghost Kings in a Realm are killed, Snowy will alert in the chat that he has spawned in the Mountains:
“Come see the Snowman!”
Taunt: “Brace yourselves, winter is coming!”
Snowy is invulnerable during this phase. He shoots two-way shotguns of white bullets that rotate counter-clockwise. He will also spawn 2 Snow Monsters, and will occasionally spawn vulnerable Small Snowflakes and invincible Big Snowflakes that orbit him while causing contact damage and status effects. The Big Snowflakes will eventually flash blue and go vulnerable.
Snowy will begin to flash blue when moving onto the next phase.
Snowy spawns two stationary Snowball Throwers which use snowball projectiles. He then starts firing spreads of blue stars at players while periodically spawning more minions.
Taunt: “Here are some presents!”
Snowy spawns several invincible presents that orbit him while pulsing highly damaging AoE attacks, before continuing the attack pattern from before and throwing snowball bombs. He continues spawning minions.
Snowy starts moving around and throwing AoE snowball grenades while spawning minions, including two more Snowball Throwers. He will also leave a trail of damaging spikes in his wake.
Once Snowy is defeated, all Presents become vulnerable. Note that his summoned minions do not despawn when he dies.

Do not let your guard down when he is defeated, as his summoned minions will not despawn and can easily kill unwary players. Stasising the minions can help get rid of Snowy’s protection and let players attack him easily, but beware of when they break out of the Stasis!
Snowy’s attacks are relatively benign but still do large amounts of damage. Don’t stay too close.
