Sunken Buckler

Sunken Buckler Nordic Bash Recovered from the wreckage of a Viking ship, this large buckler can strike unlike any other shield. It can sustain the force of its strike in the air itself, uniquely constructed to mimic the Viking tale of Thielief the Steadfast catching a relic suspended in the air during a raid of saintly territory.

Notes
Part of the Nordic Knight Set.

The shots travel outward in a semi-circle formation, staying still temporarily before disappearing. The large spread is perfect for the rooms in the Mountain Temple, where nearly all enemies chase into door chokepoints. Useful for dragging enemies on top of the shots. In Tombs, but especially Ice Tombs, where the Paralysis + Stun combo is important, this shield is incredibly useful for first letting shots linger, with the bosses rotating into the 1.5 second Stun duration shots, then secondly safely hitting the bosses with a second shield with longer Stun duration. It is also useful in the situations where a Mystic Stasises the bosses, in which case the Paralyze would wear off and the bosses would break free from their positions and fire all at once. The lingering shots can be placed directly on top of the Stasised bosses (or any other enemy), instantly Stunning when Stasis wears off. This shield does as much damage as the Shield of Ogmur if all 10 shots hit.
