The Forgotten Sentinel (Rev. 9)

The Forgotten Sentinel is the first boss of The Shatters, located on a long bridge after the first large area in the dungeon.

The Forgotten Sentinel can only be activated once all the trees are cleared in the first boss room. The trees can only be cleared when all of the stone minions are cleared. Therefore, the minions need to be cleared first, and subsequently, the stone trees need to be cleared to activate the boss from his invulnerable state.

Upon reaching far enough to the bridge, the bridge entrance will begin to seal off and trap any players who are not caught up. The boss is guarded by 4 unique Titanums and 2 Paladin Obelisks, which will say "DO NOT WAKE THE BRIDGE GUARDIAN!" upon activation, after which they will create a create a grid of continuous projectiles until they are killed.

When the sentinel is activated^[how?], it will say "Who has woken me...? Leave this place." and fire a few radial bursts of large projectiles in front. It will then say "Go." and will then fire an oscillating stream of projectiles over a wide area. Then, it will say "Good. Pests must be gone."

Once the sentinel has taken enough damage, it will say "You live still? DO NOT TEMPT FATE!" followed by "CONSUME!" The boss will spawn multiple Blobombs on the arena which will slowly follow players, flash for a few seconds, and then explode. Meanwhile, the boss will continue firing the oscillating projectile stream and the radial burst, periodically saying "FOOLS! YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND!" Once the boss has been defeated, it will turn invulnerable, say "I tried to protect you... I have failed. You release a great evil upon this realm...." and then explode, possibly leaving behind a loot bag.
