Notes
This ring is the only realistic item in the game to apply Energized. It can be used as a swapout, to increase MP regen when bosses are invulnerable. Be careful of the Slowed you get, especially as the statuses from the proc last 0.7 seconds even after you stop shooting.

The Slowed status itself can be very useful in micrododging-heavy situations like the Moonlight Village, where Slow can help you dodge bullets. It can also be used at phases where the player gets slowed anyway like Oryx 2’s chasing phase.
