While this ring may seem weak at first glance due to the slow on shoot, it is incredibly powerful within the Moonlight Village or other encounters with high bullet density, due to lower speed being a benefit in most phases.

It can also be very useful to petless players, or as a general swapout for health regeneration. However, note that the statuses from the proc will persist for 0.7 seconds even after the user stops shooting.
