This is quite a unique tome as it spawns a healing mushroom wherever your cursor is, which then heals 120 health every second which totals to 360 health from each mushroom.

Any other high tier tome can heal up to 200 or more health instantly but this tome also has no limit to how many mushrooms you can spawn, meaning the whole team can be constantly healed and almost invincible as a swarm of mushrooms are healing you back to full health. Additionally, this tome isn’t affected by the healing reduction per target that other tomes have, making it effective regardless of how many players are on its healing radius.

The other negatives are that the healing area is rather small, healing isn’t affected by wismod, and only 10 players at max can be healed by each mushroom.

The Healing Shroom is marked on the minimap by a dark red dot ( Healing Shroom Dot ) and has the following sprite:
Healing Shroom

This tome initially had a bug in which it did not heal sorcerers. This was fixed in Patch X.33.1.0 (May 2020).

Before Exalt Version (July 2020), this item had the following sprite:
Tome of the Mushroom Tribes (old)

Before Exalt Version (Sep 2020), this item had a heal of 165 HP.

This item is coloquially referred to as “Fungal Tome”.

April Fools Version
For April Fools 2022 the item was temporarily renamed to “Non-Fungible Tome”, with the description “It has no effect, but if you have one then you have one”.
