Decoy Pet

So I am getting pretty close to getting a legendary pet, after hatching more than enough humanoid eggs to fill my pet yard, I gave up on getting heal mheal electric and settled for heal mheal decoy, but I am worried that decoy messes up shatters by having the enemies attack my pet, does anyone have any experience with this, or any knowledge on this. Thanks in adavance.

I don’t have a decoy pet myself, but from what I understand what decoy does is basically take aggro from enemies within a range of 3.
It is not a permanent effect, although it can be made practically permanent at lvl 90.
Also, it apparently cloaks when you do, as to not ruin rogues.

This being the case, it should not be a problem in shatters as the pet follows you, maybe unless you are a trickster and teleport over an enemy, making the pet run past it.
