It's not fixed :c [bots causing super laggy realms]

Lag bots are back :c
Instantly froze the entire realm when they entered.

Solution
drag one of the following:

Kage Kami / Headless Horseman / Lucky djinn

Step 2
Make sure realm is clear of foilers.
Step 3
Drag to beach
Step 4
Slaughterhouse every spawn location…

EDIT - Just rig every location BEFORE they spawn in!
Just means you can never rejoin or you die.

No but really there isn’t much you can do…
Maybe deca will do something soon though.

you can’t really do that with the lag that the bots are causing…

The likely explanation here is the devs fixed the method they were using to crash servers, so the bot makers started using another method. It’s a cat and mouse game that drains the resources the devs, pulling them into exploit remediation and away from other improvements and new features. Sucks.

Tbh packet spamming prevention is a simple as hell concept, most games have those anti-glitch measures, RotMG’s coding was abandoned behind.

I have never noticed this before. I play on mostly useast3 what server were you on when this happened?
