Best recording / editing program?

I plan to take a video in the near future, but I need help in practice.

for free recording, obs is nice. Ive used Action! trial a few times and that one was very nice too.

If you’re on Mac like me xD, then Quicktime Player is already installed and pretty good. Also iMovie should be installed and it can do some basic editing.

use your smartphone to take a video of the screen

use a camera with a tripod and record other people’s content at night

and edit it by using paint for every frame and inserting it into windows movie maker

OBS is very easy to use, I would recommend it.
Sony Vegas and Premiere Pro are both good editing softwares, you can learn how to use them with YouTube tutorials.

Recommendations:
-Use OBS Studio (the new version), it is much better than the old version of the program.
-Record your gameplay in 800x600 (the size of the game window), and then scale it up in an editing software. (If you record in 1920x1080, you will experience a lot more lag when recording compared to recording like this. -Use Game Capture to record your Rotmg window, Window Capture is inferior.
