Cannot send normal chat message or private message

on my account Benjyj i cannot send a normal chat message or private message but can send a guild chat. i couldn’t even ask mreyeball for a new password hence why im using this account. Any ideas?

You may have your star requirement set higher then what your star ranking is. Go into Settings > Chat > star req

Edit: Didn’t realize this was on a whitestar account. my only other though is maybe you ignored your self during a glitch.

Can you give a screenshot of what happens when you try to send MrEyeball a message?
