Can't edit guild page on Realmeye

I saw a couple other posts like this before, but I can’t edit my guild’s Realmeye page. I made the guild a while ago, stopped playing, and eventually everyone left the guild. Now that I’m playing again, I remade the guild (with the same name), but I can’t edit the guild’s page on Realmeye. Not sure how those other issues were resolved, but is it possible for a staff member to fix this issue?

Hi folks! I am founder of Ordos Discordia but I cannot edit/confirm my guild members list. Just Severitus and I in the guild, but is showing MANY blue stars in my guild that are unconfirmed. how do I/we fix this?
