I love cheese! I’m always trying out different kinds whenever I can. My current favorites are Dubliner and Manchego (aged 6 months).

To get the best cheeses in the world, I’m making preparations to visit the two original sources of all cheese: Wisconsin and the Netherlands.

I’m a big fan of soft goat cheese/chev and some of the creamier brees. Oh, and super extra mega sharp cheddar.
