everything looks good, and they’re all necessary services for windows to run properly… actually, I’ve never seen battleEye Service before… any idea what that is? also, I’ve never had steam on any of my recent computers, so do you think steam can have anything to do with it?

but, while we’re at it, would you like to know which services you can disable safely, and make your comp a lil less heavy on the resources?

and, do you use those HP products?

#25

battleye service is probably another service from another game that I have, and I don’t use hp products so I guess I can? Are we any closer to figuring out the solution?

#26

no, we just got that outta the way, so I guess that aspect, yes :stuck_out_tongue:

#27

any way to restart my computer or delete flash projector permanently, with its files, because when I download it, everything from before the deletion is still there?

#28

I think so… you can’t delete flash permenantly, anyway

adobe has a really good customer service system, you should try contacting them
I think they have a chatting system now IIRC

#29

I cant play roooooooooooooootmg reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. I neeeeeeeeeeeed to get on that grind xdddddd. Browser suckssssssssss end my misery

#30

how to reset computer to a cleean state?

#31

This is just a complete guess, but you may need to update Adobe Flash itself rather than the projector.

#32

Ehh, I already deleted adoble flash twice and downloaded it twice so it is a very minimal chance that you would have to update Adobe flash but thanks anyways.

Seeking all techs to save my life

#34

Wait, so the way you worded that you make it seem like we’re trying to ask you for help (we’re not, as far as I think) and you literally listed tech specifications for us to include, but you should be including your own tech specs I think?

Anyways, if you’re using a Windows operating system (W7, 8, 10 as far as I know) you should be able to reset Flash Player’s data from the Control Panel by searching Flash Player and going to the dedicated settings.

I don’t use MacOS or OSX often, and don’t use Ubuntu or other Linux systems to play video games, so I can’t give you advice there.

For more generalized advice:

There are also applications that can clear browser data, browser cache and history, and flash player/projector cache and history. There’s a popular one that most RotMG players use, but for some reason my brain is farting and I don’t remember its name. (for anyone who might know it’s the one with the paintbrush looking thing as its logo.)

If you’re looking specifically to erase the flash data from a browser and not Flash Projector itself, just go to your browser settings and clear all cached data, downloaded content (possibly, depends on your FP permissions) and cookies. That should do the trick.

Edit: looking at some of your replies on this thread I’m assuming you used a malicious or suspicious site (probably rotmg*(dot)*io, that’s been rampant on the spambots) or another client and are trying to reset your data because you got keylogged or something. Of course, I’m not going to make any such accusation, just gonna remind you that the only official links for the game can be obtained from realmofthemadgod.com and realmeye.com in various places. Be careful! Because besides that, I can’t think of a situation where it’s critical to reset your flash data. Unless you’ve been using your projector to load xxx content and the swf file or URL is lingering in the recent. But again, just be careful. I’d also change your password through the home screen.

Good luck!

the program your wondering is cclean, I used it which basically cleans everything, I reset inside flash projector and it didn’t help r.i.p. And I didn’t use any of those fishy websites, I used the Asembleegameclinet file. I can access my account on my browser but not my flash projector so thats why it makes me think its the flash projectors problem. I’ve tried to clear cookies using cclean before but it didn’t help so I want to reset flash to a clean slate to it was once before or something. I’ve been wondering if an older version of flash projector would fix it. Also me I think resetting data in the first place caused this problem big oof. Still thanks for the help!

#36

windows 10, right? go settings, update section, recovery, and “reset”
it’ll give you an option to keep your personal files, and clean Windows out, or to delete everything, and reset back to system defaults.

#37

would this actually fix problem or no hmmmm? Cuz this is my trump card since I spent over a day researching and trying to fix the issue WITHOUT playing rotmg

#38

i don’t know
like i said, chat w/ an adobe customer service rep, and they’ll help you out
if you decide to reset, reset without deleting your files, first

#39

customer service owo lol never dealt with them

#40

they’re really nice and friendly, and they supported me with a lot of useful info
professional, yet casual chat
