I cant find anything on this, so what happens to the contents of you seasonal vault at the end of season, if the normal vault is already full?

Elaborating more on the other person, at the end of the season, all the items in both your seasonal vault and your seasonal gift chest are transferred to your regular gift chest.

And your potion rack too: all of it goes into your normal gift “chest”, which has seemingly unlimited capacity.
The only thing that might not? The Apple of Maxening you get from doing the last “drink x pots” mission. That’s explicitly meant only to be used during the Season so presumably disappears if unused at the end of the Season. Even if you’ve already maxed your chars you could use it to give one a backpack.
