Enemy of the gods?

How does Enemy of the gods work? I have a current character with more than 10% kills being gods but its not giving me the fame bonus. Is there any sense to this or is the actual percent higher then 10?

God kills aren’t counted as monster kills in your character stats, so if you have 100 monster kills, you’d need at least 12 for the fame bonus.

(god kills/(monster kills+god kills))*100=god kill ratio

And to say the same thing in words:

Add your God Kills onto your Monster Kills to get your Total Kills.
To earn Enemy of the Gods you need your Gods to be 10% of your Total.
