You can just ask Deca to change guild roles for you, that’s how you get more than one Founder.

Small guild of 3 friends, personally I like all 3 of those people.

Support can promote people to founder if asked.

From my experience, both of them seem to be pretty nice and are always willing to talk to random people like me.
