Game suddenly running bad

I’m on Win 10 with rotmg on steam.
Suddenly, a day ago, rotmg decided to run at 5 FPS when i know that previously it ran much better.
I tried many things but none have worked so far. If anyone has a clue to the issue. post down below

This post remembers me when i installed a cpu cleaner that was actually crashing my game.
