I’m very sure that support doesn’t give you back lost item, but besides from that, there’s nothing you can do about it.

To prevent your game from crashing more often you should regularly (every ~40 minutes) refresh it by reloading the page on browser or reopening the application if you use flash or steam.

Also moved out of the wc because new users (grey name) can’t see it.
