Got Banned

Today i entered in the game and appears the text “this account is banned”.
i’have never used hacks or other stuffs and never insulted anyone. there isn’t written the cause of the ban and i don’t think that a person who use a good behaviour have to be banned :confused:

It could be that someone randomly accused you, in which case you should definitely contact Deca Support using the above link :point_up:

In addition, if you join the official RotMG Discord, you can vote for a specific feedback post someone left in the #feedback channel where they urge for the game to state a reason for a ban, rather than having this occur every time.
