How do I submit a skin?

I made a Beefcake Necro skin (still wip) and I want to know how to submit a skin/if I can submit one anytime! I just want a simple answer and if you want to see the skin, add me and I’ll send it XVI#4444

you don’t.

okie that might have sounded too mean, but DECA only accepts skins during their little art event thingy, usually annual.

Usually it’s not possible to send a skin to DECA but if it attracts enough attention they may take a look at it.
