Right-click in any running flash app and it normally brings up a menu, with a ‘Settings…’ option.

“Normally” as some games disable the menu; ROTMG does once you get past the menus into the game, to stop players inadvertently bringing up the menu at just the wrong time and dying. So you have to do it from the menus in ROTMG.
