I don’t really know. Probably not, unless you can prove you were hacked which you weren’t.

Then again IDK at all so you could probably email DECA support.

DECA will add released pets back as long as you provide the correct stats, because the pets are still in the system I think.

I know Kabam support restored released pets so it is (was?) technically possible.

just put ‘re’ in front of your name and it would be quite suitable

When I got hacked 2 years ago I lost my pet and a ton of UT’s. So a few months ago when I had gotten back into Realm, I emailed DECA asking if I could get my pet back and they restored it 3 days later. Now in your situation they should restore your pet, just shoot them a quick email giving the description of your pet and they should bring it back.
