I can't receive password change emails?

So recently my rotmg crashed and I had to login, but I had forgotten my password since I was used to logging in automatically. I typed my email in and requested a password exchange, but I did not get any emails from deca. Please help! It would be much appreciated

Perhaps you forgot your email too plus deca doesn’t work on weekends and don’t reply in two seconds just be patient

Yeah, I got a simelar problems, send a ticket to DECA they will manually send it to you.
