Can you guess hers/his nationality based on her/his traditions?
"We always try to fill the table with 12 dishes and consider it fasting food because there’s no meat. And, of course, there always has to be an awful carp fish among them (kept alive in the bathtub for two days). We always leave one empty place for the so called “unexpected guests”. Another tradition is that we put a little bit of hay under the tablecloth. At my home we would wait for the first star in the sky before opening the presents.”
