It’s an in-game screenshot, live from The Tinkerer (Daily Quest Room).

Though I don’t have it yet myself, cause I’ve already been to the Tinkerer before they added it, Rip.
At least there’s no losing out with these repeatable ones, vault space permitting, can save them til the mark quest appears at the daily quest reset (October 20, 2018 12:00 AM (UTC), October 20, 2018 2:00 AM (Europe: Brussels), October 19, 2018 8:00 PM (America: New York), October 19, 2018 5:00 PM (America: Los Angeles)).

Hopefully I can get the Fallen wand from this event in my Priest PPE.

The key box is already up.

The probably did this b/c the last time the people who logged in before the start of the event didnt have the quest on friday.
