Yes, and if you do that, Deca will assume the credit card transaction is fraudulent and ban your account, as that is what they have the legal right to do.

You can dispute and it is up to the bank to decide if it is justified. Making a false statement in the hope of having your payment obligation lifted is a criminal offense.
