Oryx event quest missing

So the oryx shard event is great and all but I don’t under stand how this works.

Why does one account have the April X quest out but not on the other?

I’ve already refreshed and logged out multiple times to see if it was just a visual bug.

Do time zones have anything to do with it, and even if it did that doesn’t make any sense either lol cause its my alt, im accessing it at the exact same time and place

I completed the quests on the first day, I have the same issue too. I’m pretty sure DECA made it so that if you’ve already completed the quest, you can’t do it again.
