I didn’t ban him because I NEVER ban people on my stream unless they’re breaking Twitch’s terms of service.
It’s just a personal thing, I don’t ban people whether on Discord, Twitch, ect. I think everyone should be able to speak and have their voices heard.

I NEVER ban people on my stream unless they’re breaking Twitch’s terms of service. It’s been well established that Mugshots are not a form of doxxing. If mugshots were doxxing, then many Police Departments would be banned for posting mugshots via Social Media.

It’s not as easy as “make a new account.”
He got DECA to ban every new account I made. His whole group would go around stalking me down trying to find which account I was playing on so they could report me. I have screenshots of him messaging me saying “We already verified that the account is you.” And they tried to get my FRIEND to snitch on me, and send them my messages. They had an entire DROPBOX about me, which they used to harass me. I had Toastrz camping my streams banning every account that I played on.

I highlighted the references to harassment and privacy. What you did was not in-game but in your stream, but the “in any way” clearly covers things other than just playing a game, such as streaming.

By adding “in any way” they are including activities other than just playing the game. I am not a lawyer but to me it is clear they added that to include things like streaming, Youtube videos, when involve the game.
